Refund Policy

1. Builds

If we haven't started any design or writing work on your project, you can request a full refund of any deposit within 7 days of payment.

Once work begins, the deposit covers initial scoping, briefing, design direction and project setup and is non-refundable.

2. Care plan

The care plan is a monthly rolling service. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation stops future billing; we don't pro-rate part-month charges.

3. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
