Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 May 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the sitepronto.co website and the services we provide — website builds, add-ons and the Website Care Plan — as a customer of SitePronto, operated by Generativ AI Consulting Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
By submitting a brief, paying a deposit or purchasing a package you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. The service we provide
SitePronto builds professional, industry-specific websites for UK small businesses. Our core offering is:
- One-off website build — a design, build and launch delivered within an agreed timeframe.
- Optional add-ons — extra pages, functionality or services outside the base package scope, quoted separately.
- Website Care Plan — a rolling monthly service (£10/month + VAT if applicable) covering hosting, basic maintenance, form monitoring and support. Required after every SitePronto build launch.
2. Packages and pricing
We currently offer three packages:
- SitePronto Launch — £299 — A complete 12-page website; homepage, up to 8 service pages, blog, contact and about pages; best-practice SEO build; mobile-responsive design; hosting setup and fast launch.
- SitePronto Pro — £499 — A 12-page website with up to 8 service pages; everything in Launch, plus 2 custom CRO-optimised landing pages, the Local SEO Booster Pack, an Areas We Serve page, 3 location pages, review integration and additional page flexibility.
- SitePronto Growth — from £799 — Everything in Pro, plus a Calendly booking system, CRM integration, Google Local Services Ads setup, and 2 add-on modules included free from the add-on menu (excludes the AI Receptionist). Priced from £799 depending on scope.
- Care Plan — £10/month after launch; includes hosting, basic maintenance, form monitoring and support. Can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change; existing quotes and signed agreements are honoured at the agreed rate.
Add-ons are priced individually (e.g. extra pages at £50/page, conversion tracking setup at £75, Google Business Profile guide included free). Add-ons are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. How to buy — quotes, deposits and payment
Quotes and briefs
All projects begin with a submitted brief via our enquiry form. We review it and provide a quote and estimate within [2–5] working days. The quote and estimate are valid for 30 days.
Deposit
A deposit of up to 50% of the agreed price is required before work starts. The remaining balance is due in full before launch. We do not commence build work until the deposit is received via Stripe.
Payment methods
Payments are processed via Stripe. We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment plans are not currently offered — payment in full is required before a site is published to a live domain.
Late or failed payments
If a payment fails or is not received by the agreed date: we may place the project on hold; access to staging servers may be suspended; and a site will not be transferred to a live domain until payment clears. We reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for repeated payment failures.
4. Project scope, revisions and changes
Scope
The scope of your build is defined by the package and any add-ons agreed at the time of quoting. Anything outside that scope (e.g. additional pages, major re-structuring, new functionality after launch) is quoted separately and requires your written agreement before we begin.
Design call and brief
Each package includes one design call after your brief is received. If you miss or reschedule your call (in either direction), the existing timeline may be adjusted accordingly. Additional design call requests can be arranged but may be chargeable depending on complexity.
Revisions
Two rounds of design refinements are included per package. Further change rounds, significant content restructuring, or requests that take the build outside the agreed brief are subject to additional charges and may extend the timeline.
Changing your mind mid-project
If you want to change the scope materially after work has begun, we will provide a revised quote and adjusted timeline in writing before proceeding. Acceptance is required in writing before we continue.
5. Timelines and launch
Estimated build timelines (from brief receipt) are:
- SitePronto Launch: 7–14 days
- SitePronto Pro: 10–18 days
- SitePronto Growth: 14–25 days
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays outside our control — including delayed content or photo delivery from you, hosting migrations or third-party API delays — will extend the agreed timeline accordingly. We will notify you promptly of any expected delay.
Launch is defined as: the site is live on its final domain, you have received login credentials, and the outstanding balance is paid in full.
6. Care Plan — ongoing monthly service
What it covers
The Website Care Plan (£10/month) includes: managed hosting via our chosen provider, core platform and security updates, form submission monitoring and alerts, and basic technical support via email. It does not include content updates, page additions, graphic design or any work outside the scope of the launch package unless agreed as an add-on.
Billing and cancellation
The care plan is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice (email to hello@sitepronto.co). Cancellation stops future recurring charges; no part-month refunds are issued. The care plan is mandatory for the first 6 months after any SitePronto build, after which it may be cancelled at any time.
Suspension
A care plan cancellation or payment failure may result in temporary suspension of hosting. We will notify you by email before any suspension. We aim to retain a backup for 30 days post-cancellation so you can export your content, after which we may delete inactive data in line with our retention schedule.
7. Design approval and content responsibility
Your content
You are responsible for all content you provide, upload or approve for use on your website — including text, images, logos, testimonials, reviews and any embedded third-party content (Google Maps, booking widgets, review platforms). You confirm you hold the necessary rights, licences or permissions for all content submitted to SitePronto.
Review and sign-off
You will be asked to review and approve each phase of your build. Once approved, we will treat the approved stage as final. Scope changes after approval are subject to additional fees.
Defamatory or unlawful content
We reserve the right to refuse to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, pornographic, hateful or otherwise objectionable. We will notify you promptly and offer the chance to correct the content before taking action.
8. Ownership and intellectual property
What you own (post‑payment)
Once you have paid in full for your build:
- you own the website in its final launched form;
- you own all content you provide and any rights to it;
- you own the domain name (whether registered by you or by us on your behalf).
What we own
SitePronto retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying code, platform, templates, design systems and any pre-built components or libraries used to deliver your site. You receive a licence to use those materials solely in connection with your delivered website. You may not resell, redistribute or white-label our code or templates.
Past-client portfolios
We may showcase your launched site in our design gallery, portfolio or marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out at the time of launch. Opting out carries no penalty.
9. Warranty and limitations
Our warranty
We warrant that the website we build will match the approved design specification and be free from significant coding defects that prevent core pages from rendering correctly in current mainstream browsers at the time of launch, for a period of 90 days from launch. This warranty is limited to repairing or correcting the defect at no additional charge.
The care plan covers hosting uptime in line with our hosting provider's published SLA. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage ourselves — we pass through the relevant SLA terms from our provider.
Our limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, SEO positioning, search traffic, leads, enquiries, revenue or any other business outcome.
- We do not guarantee third-party service uptime (e.g. payment processors, content delivery networks, Google Maps API).
- We do not guarantee that your site will remain compatible with every browser version indefinitely — browser updates are handled via our standard care plan where feasible.
- We do not guarantee email deliverability from any third-party email service used in connection with your site.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with our services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for:
- loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings;
- indirect, special or consequential loss;
- any loss arising from your own content, third-party integrations or your failure to follow our reasonable guidance;
- any loss arising from force majeure events (internet outages, acts of God, pandemics, strikes, war, changes in law or third-party service outages beyond our control).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that UK law prohibits such exclusion. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified SitePronto against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights) in connection with content submitted by you;
- any claim by a third party relating to your website or its content after launch.
12. Termination
By you
You may terminate a project before launch by providing written notice. The deposit received up to the point of cancellation covers initial scoping, briefing, design work already completed and project setup and is non-refundable. No further balance will be charged.
By us
We may terminate or suspend a project or care-plan subscription immediately by written notice if you:
- breach these Terms (including non-payment);
- provide false, misleading or unlawful content;
- are abusive toward our team or misuse our systems;
- fail to provide required content within a reasonable agreed timeframe despite reasonable reminders.
In the event of termination by us for breach, fees already paid are non-refundable. Unpaid balances may be pursued through standard debt recovery channels.
13. Care Plan suspension and data deletion
If a care plan is cancelled or lapses for 30+ days, we may suspend hosting and begin data deletion procedures. We will notify you at least 14 days in advance. After cancellation, you are responsible for exporting any content you wish to retain. We are not liable for data loss where you do not export content within the advised window.
14. Intellectual property — SitePronto materials
The SitePronto name, brand, website content, design system, component library, documentation and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Generativ AI Consulting Ltd. You may use your delivered website as intended but may not extract, reproduce, resell or re-use our underlying code, templates or brand assets without written permission.
15. Third-party tools and integrations
Some packages include or support third-party tools (booking calendars, review widgets, analytics platforms, CRMs, Google Business Profile integrations). Use of those tools is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for their availability, performance or data practices. We provide guidance and wiring — you remain responsible for reviewing and accepting each tool's terms.
16. Privacy and data
Our processing of personal data in connection with these services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You confirm you have read and understood the Privacy Policy before purchasing.
17. General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any agreed quote and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SitePronto in connection with our website-building services and supersede all prior discussions, quotations and representations.
No partnership or agency
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency between you and SitePronto. You are an independent customer.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on sitepronto.co and emailed to active customers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We aim to resolve any dispute amicably. Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussion for at least 14 days.
